Our Christmas and New Year period will run from Tuesday, 23 December 2025 to Friday, 9 January 2026.
During this time:

Excluding Australian public holidays, our operations will continue as normal ✅

However, we will be operating with reduced staffing levels, so response times may be longer than usual ⏳

All enquiries and emails received during this period will be responded to as promptly as possible 💼📩

📝 Settlement Team Closure
Our Settlement Team will observe a short closure over the Christmas and New Year period:

Wednesday, 24 December 2025 will be our final business day for settlements before the Christmas and New Year shutdown 📆

The Settlement Team will reopen at 8:30am on Monday, 5 January 2026 🕣
To avoid delays, we strongly encourage all brokers and clients to:

Arrange any time-sensitive settlements well in advance of 24 December 2025 ✅

Note that new settlements will resume processing from 5 January 2026 onwards.
